Foundation was established by C.E. MacGregor in the name of the
continued advancement of mankind. It is dedicated to the preservation
of the wisdom gained through human endeavor. It is committed
to the security and freedom of the people of Earth, her colonies
and territories, and the support of the Solar Alliance. |

To allow
no human achievement, triumph, nor error to become lost to history
is the ongoing purpose of the MacGregor Foundation. To avoid
the repetition of the immeasurable loss of the destruction of
the library at Alexandria is its permanent duty. Above all, the
